Southtyrolean Scheiterhaufen – baked bread pudding

  • Chopping Board
  • Baking tin
  • Bowl

Zutaten
  

  • 250 g panettone or bread
  • 1 egg
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Zubereitung
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Cut panettone into slices and put it in a baking tin. Whisk together egg and milk and pour on top of the panettone. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake approx. 15 minutes until golden.
