Lemon-Parmesan-Chicken with Herbs
Oven-baked lemon-parmesan-chicken with fresh herbs is the perfect Spring dish. Try it - it's quick and easy!

- 800 g chicken breast
- salt
- pepper
- 1 handful herbs of your choice e.g. rosemary, basil, thyme, oregano, parsley...
- 50 g butter
- 1/2 organic lemon juice and zest
- 200 g breadcrumbs
- 50 g parmesan cheese
- sunflower oil
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Finely chop the herbs. Melt butter in a pan and add lemon zest and juice to it.
Put herbs, grated parmesan and breadcrumbs into a bowl. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Put the chicken in the melted butter first, then coat with the breadcrumbs.
Add it to a baking dish and put the rest of the melted butter or some oil on top. Bake approx. 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken breast, until done and golden on top.
