Vegetable and Beef Stir-Fry

Quick and easy veggies and beef stir-fry - so delicious and so incredibly simple!

Utensilien

  • Knife
  • Chopping Board
  • Pan

Zutaten
  

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 red or yellow pepper
  • 600-800 g beef steak
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil, coconut oil or sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • salt
  • soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp black or white sesame seeds
  • 1 handful coriander or parsley

Zubereitung
 

  • Cut the vegetables into fine slices. Slice the beef steaks as well.
  • Put the oil in a hot pan and fry veggies and beef in it until slightly brown. Season with curry powder, salt and a splash of soy sauce.
  • Serve with sesame seeds and chopped herbs on rice/rice noodles or another side dish of your choice.

Tipps

A spoonful of peanut or almond butter before serving make it creamy!
