Vegetable and Beef Stir-Fry
Quick and easy veggies and beef stir-fry - so delicious and so incredibly simple!

red or yellow pepper

beef steak

sesame oil, coconut oil or sunflower oil

tsp
curry powder
salt
soy sauce
2
tbsp
black or white sesame seeds
1
handful
coriander or parsley
Zubereitung
Cut the vegetables into fine slices. Slice the beef steaks as well.
Put the oil in a hot pan and fry veggies and beef in it until slightly brown. Season with curry powder, salt and a splash of soy sauce.
Serve with sesame seeds and chopped herbs on rice/rice noodles or another side dish of your choice.
Tipps
A
spoonful of peanut or almond butter
before serving make it creamy!
