Combine all of the ingredients except salt. Knead for a minute, then add the salt and keep kneading until you've got a smooth dough. Let the dough rest for 4 hours at room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Shape the bread rolls and let them rest for another 15 minutes. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
