Yogurt Bread Rolls

Easy and super soft yogurt bread rolls – try it!

Utensilien

  • Bowl
  • Baking tray
  • Baking paper

Zutaten
  

  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 220 ml water
  • 550 g spelt flour
  • 100 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 1 tsp agave syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp salt

Zubereitung
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients except salt. Knead for a minute, then add the salt and keep kneading until you've got a smooth dough. Let the dough rest for 4 hours at room temperature.
  • Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Shape the bread rolls and let them rest for another 15 minutes. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Tipps

You can also use all-purpose-flour. If you love bread buns made with spelt flour you have to try these easy spelt buns!
