Prawns

sesame oil or other oil

honey
chili flakes (as much as you like)
salt

cup
basmati rice
2
canned corn
2
avocados
1
mango
2
handfuls
lettuce of your choice

limes
soy sauce
for seasoning
Zubereitung
Marinate the prawns with oil, honey, chili and salt. Cook the basmati rice according to instructions on the packaging and let it cool.
Put corn into a strainer and rinse with cold water. Peel avocado and mango, dice the avocado and slice the mango. Fry the prawns until slightly brown.
Start arranging the bowls: Put rice in each bowl and top with corn, avocado, mango and prawns. Season each bowl with lime juice and soy sauce.
Tipps
Try
chicken, tofu or other toppings
instead of prawns as well!
