150gzucchini
2eggs

40gcocoa powder

Zubereitung
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Melt butter and dark chocolate. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Set aside until it has cooled down to room temperature.
Grate the zucchini. Add the zucchini and the eggs to the melted chocolate. Sift flour and cocoa powder into the batter. Roughly chop the hazelnuts (almonds work as well) and add them to the batter. Pour the batter into a loaf pan or a rectangular baking dish.
Bake for approx. 25-30 minutes. Cut the brownies into rectangles once they've cooled a bit.
