Plum Jam

Easy, fruity plum jam with 2 ingredients only!
Vorbereitungszeit 15 Minuten
Koch- und Backzeit 10 Minuten
Gesamtzeit 25 Minuten
Portionen: 3 jars (250 ml each)

Utensilien

  • Knife
  • Chopping Board
  • Pot
  • Blender
  • 3 jars 250 ml each

Zutaten
  

  • 1 kg plums without pit
  • 300 g preserving sugar
  • 1 pinch cinnamon optional

Zubereitung
 

  • Cut the plums into pieces and put in a pot with sugar and a splash of water. Blend until smooth and bring to a boil, cooking for approx. 3 minutes at highest heat.
  • Add cinnamon if you like and fill the jam into clean jars while still hot.

Tipps

Cinnamon gives the jam a little something special!
