Peach Jam with Thyme

Quick and easy peach jam with thyme – tastes like Summer in a jar!

Portionen: 3 jars (250 ml each)

Utensilien

  • Knife
  • Chopping Board
  • Pot
  • Blender
  • 3 jars 250 ml each

Zutaten
  

  • 550 g peaches approx. 5 peaches
  • 2 thyme branches
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 180 g preserving sugar

Zubereitung
 

  • Cut the peaches into rough pieces. Boil with a splash of water just for a few minutes. Blend until smooth.
  • Add thyme, lemon juice and sugar and bring the jam to a boil. Cook for approx. 3 minutes, take out the thyme branches and fill into clean jars while still hot.

Tipps

If you have a strong blender, you don't have to peel the peaches – just blend everything until smooth. This way, you've even got more good stuff in your jam like vitamins!
