Mama's easier version of the Italian classic bolognese sauce that doesn't have to cook for a whole day. Make a big batch and freeze – this is Italian meal-prep!
Peel and chop carrots and onion into fine pieces. Sautée in olive oil until golden, then add the ground beef a little bit at a time. Fry in the olive oil as well.
Add the rest of the ingredients and let the sauce simmer for about 1 hour. Season with salt and pepper when it's almost done. Use it right away or freeze in batches!
