Carefully wash the dandelions and put them in a pot with sugar, sliced lemons and approx. 2 l water. Bring to the boil and boil for 15 minutes on high heat.
Strain the syrup and let it simmer without dandelions and lemons in it for approx. 2 hours until it becomes thicker and more honey-like in consistency.
Pour into clean jars while still hot.
Tipps
If you want to add some extra-healthiness to the syrup, put some fresh ginger into the syrup during the first 15 minutes of cooking.
