Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Add flour and combine. Add salt and olive oil and knead until you've got a smooth dough. Cover with kitchen towel or plastic wrap and let the dough rest at room temperature for approx. 1 hour.
Divide into 4 pieces. Shape the pizza dough into 4 pizzas by using your hands, not rolling it out. Preheat the oven with a baking tray or pizza stone in it for at least 30 minutes to 250 °C (minimum 230 °C).
Top the pizza with puréed tomatoes, mozzarella and artichockes. Add mushrooms, olives and oregano and bake for approx. 7-10 minutes. Put them ham on the pizza after baking.
