Oriental salad with pomegranate
Pomegranate, cucumber, tomatoes, mint - this is what summer tastes like for me! This oriental salad is one of a kind and perfectly easy to make.

cherry tomatoes

pomegranate

fresh mint

fresh coriander or parsley
salt
pepper
olive oil or sesame oil

lemon

Zubereitung
Peel and dice the cucumbers. Cut the tomatoes in half. Remove the pomegranate seeds and put everything in a bowl.
Chop the herbs and add them to the salad. Season with salt, pepper, oil and lemon juice.
Tipps
Serve this with some
flatbread, grilled chicken or halloumi
/other grilled cheese.
