Easy zucchini cake
This zucchini cake is so quick and easy to make - and it's delicious!

Zutaten
- 500 g Zucchini
- 3 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 1 pinch vanilla sugar
- 420 g flour
- 100 g ground almonds
- 1 pckg. baking powder
- 250 ml sunflower oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
Zubereitung
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grate the zucchini. Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla. Mix flour, almonds and baking powder and fold into the eggs.
- Add oil and spices as well and mix. Pour into a buttered loaf pan and bake approx. 45 minutes.
