Wash the lettuce and put it in a bowl or on plates. Peel mango and avocado and dice both.
Fry the prawns in some sesame or coconut oil and season with salt. Meanwhile, prepare the dressing by combining the juice of one lemon, sesame oil and soy sauce.
Serve the salad with the dressing and top with the prawns.
Tipps
Add some chopped coriander to the dressing if you like.
