Mango-Avocado-Salad with Prawns

Refreshing summer salad, anyone? This mango-avocado-salad with prawns is perfect for spring and summer. Try it!

  • Bowl
  • Peeler
  • Knife
  • Chopping Board
  • Pan

Zutaten
  

  • 1 bowl lettuce
  • 1 mango
  • 1 avocado
  • 12 prawns
  • salt
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 tbsp sesame oil + for frying
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce

Zubereitung
 

  • Wash the lettuce and put it in a bowl or on plates. Peel mango and avocado and dice both.
  • Fry the prawns in some sesame or coconut oil and season with salt. Meanwhile, prepare the dressing by combining the juice of one lemon, sesame oil and soy sauce.
  • Serve the salad with the dressing and top with the prawns.

Tipps

Add some chopped coriander to the dressing if you like.
