1pckg. vanilla cream/instant vanilla pudding mixto prep with cream/milk only
300mlheavy cream
50ggrated chocolate
1lemon
Zubereitung
For the sponge cake:
Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Sieve flour, cocoa and baking powder and fold into the dough. Bake in a baking tin for approx. 12 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the vanilla cream with 100 ml heavy cream. Whisk until creamy. Let the sponge cake cool, then top with vanilla cream.
Soak the ladyfingers in orange juice and rum. Arrange on the vanilla cream. Whisk the rest of the heavy cream until stiff. Put on the ladyfingers, top with grated chocolate and lemon zest or slices.
Tipps
You can also make homemade vanilla cream for the cake, but it's important that it is not too liquid to be layered on the cake.
