Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes. Add the rest of the ingredients for the marinade and set aside. Chop onion, garlic and ginger.
Chop onion, garlic and ginger. Heat the oil in a pan, fry onion, garlic and ginger as well as the rest of the spices in it and add the chicken. Fry for some minutes, then add tomatoes and cream. Add as much chili powder as you like and season with salt.
Let the sauce simmer for approx. 15 minutes. When the meat is all cooked, season with some more salt if needed and serve with fresh coriander, naan and rice.
Tipps
You can marinate the chicken for a few hours or over night in the fridge, this way the chicken will be even softer and tastier!
