Chocolate-Orange-Cookies with Cocoa Nibs

Zutaten
  

  • 1 Orange organic
  • 80 g butter
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 90 g flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 50 g cocoa nibs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 50 ml milk

For decorating:

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 30 g chopped pistachios

Zubereitung
 

  • Use zest and juice of the orange. Set aside some orange zest for decorating. Whisk butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg, orange juice and zest. Add the dry ingredients and the milk as well and whisk until smooth. 
  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Fill the batter in a piping bag and pipe cookies onto a baking tray. Bake approx. 10-15 minutes.
  • Let the cookies cool. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate. Decorate by dipping half in chocolate and adding pistachio and/or orange zest on top.
