Nougat Cookies
Chocolate-hazelnut-cookies are crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside with a delicious soft nougat-center. Yum!

- 400 g nougat
- 300 g flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg
- 1 splash rum
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 30 g chopped pistachios
Cut the nougat into 1 cm cubes. Combine all of the ingredients except 200 g nougat, the chocolate and the pistachios. Let the dough rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Take approx. 1 tsp of dough, roll a nougat cube into it and close it up. Put the cookies on a baking tray and bake for approx. 15 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate. Let the cookies cool and decorate with melted chocolate and pistachios.
