Zutaten
  

For the smoothie:

  • 1 banana
  • 100 g frozen raspberries
  • 100 ml milk or plant-based milk alternative

Toppings:

  • 1 handful cashews
  • 1 handful coconut flakes
  • 1 handful oats
  • 1 handful fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed/chia seeds
  • 1 tsp nut butter optional

Zubereitung
 

  • Blend banana, frozen raspberries and milk until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top it with nuts, seeds, fresh fruit and nut butter of your choice.

Tipps

You can also use other fruit like frozen mango to make different smoothie bowls.
