Italian Fish Soup
Fish, shellfish, tomatoes, garlic, white wine – this is what Italian fish soup tastes like! Just like on a beach in Sicily.

- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can tomatoes
- 200 ml white wine
- salt
- pepper
- 2 cod fillets
- 2 pollack fillets
- 10 prawns
- 2 handful mussels
- parsley for serving
Chop garlic and fry it in olive oil. Add tomatoes, white wine, salt and pepper and simmer for approx. 30 minutes.
Clean mussels and run the fish under cold water. Add everything to the soup and simmer for maximum 10 minutes.
Serve with freshly chopped parsley and garlic bread.
