Italian Fish Soup

Fish, shellfish, tomatoes, garlic, white wine – this is what Italian fish soup tastes like! Just like on a beach in Sicily.

  • Chopping Board
  • Knife
  • Pot
  • Sieve

Zutaten
  

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 200 ml white wine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 cod fillets
  • 2 pollack fillets
  • 10 prawns
  • 2 handful mussels
  • parsley for serving

Zubereitung
 

  • Chop garlic and fry it in olive oil. Add tomatoes, white wine, salt and pepper and simmer for approx. 30 minutes.
  • Clean mussels and run the fish under cold water. Add everything to the soup and simmer for maximum 10 minutes.
  • Serve with freshly chopped parsley and garlic bread.
