Crunchy American Chocolate Chip Cookies

Zutaten
  

  • 100 g butter soft
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 170 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 70 g ground hazelnuts
  • 70 g hazelnuts
  • 150 g dark chocolate

Zubereitung
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Whisk together butter, sugar and salt until creamy. Add the egg, then flour, baking powder and ground hazelnuts.
  • Roughly chop hazelnuts and chocolate, fold into the dough and roll it out approx. 1 cm thick. Cut out cookies and bake them for approx. 20 minutes, depending on the size.

Tipps

You can also use almonds (ground & whole) for the recipe instead of hazelnuts.
