Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Whisk together butter, sugar and salt until creamy. Add the egg, then flour, baking powder and ground hazelnuts.
Roughly chop hazelnuts and chocolate, fold into the dough and roll it out approx. 1 cm thick. Cut out cookies and bake them for approx. 20 minutes, depending on the size.
Tipps
You can also use almonds (ground & whole) for the recipe instead of hazelnuts.
