Italian Pasta Salad with Burrata

Veggies, olives, herbs, burrata and pasta make the best pasta salad ever. My Italian pasta salad is easy to make, vegetarian & perfect for BBQ, meal-prepping or just as a delicious dish for lunch or dinner.

  • Knife
  • Chopping Board
  • Sieve

Zutaten
  

  • salt
  • 200 g pasta e.g. fusilli, farfalle, rotelle...
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • 100 g tomatoes
  • herbs e.g. basil, parsley, oregano (fresh)
  • 2 tbsp olives
  • 2 burrata

Zubereitung
 

  • Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente (look at the time on the package).
  • Meanwhile, chop onion, zucchini and carrot into small cubes. Fry in some olive oil, season with salt and pepper and set aside to cool. Drain the pasta and let it cool as well.
  • Cut the tomatoes into halves and roughly chop the herbs. Add the pasta to a big bowl, add the veggies, tomatoes as well as olives and herbs. Season with some more olive oil, salt and pepper if needed. Serve with burrata on top.
