Quick, easy, light, high-protein dessert: mug cake with blueberries! Ready in less than 10 minutes, can be made in the microwave or the oven.

Zutaten
  

  • 1 egg
  • 250 g quark German low-fat cream cheese, naturally high-protein
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp semolina or flour
  • 1 handful blueberries

Zubereitung
 

  • Whisk egg, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and semolina very briefly. Fold in the blueberries. Fill the batter into 2 mugs or a muffin tray and bake for 4 minutes at 800 watt in the microwave or at 180 °C for approx. 10-15 minutes in the oven.
