Pasta alla Puttanesca sauce

Utensilien

  • Pot
  • Knife
  • Chopping Board
  • Pan
  • Sieve

Zutaten
  

  • salt
  • 200 g spaghetti
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 2 anchovy-fillets
  • 25 g olives black or taggiasca-olives
  • 15 g capers
  • chili-powder or -paste
  • 1 glass tomato sauce
  • pepper
  • parmesan
  • fresh herbs e.g. parsley, basil, oregano

Zubereitung
 

  • Cook the pasta water according to package instructions in salted water.
  • In the meantime, chop onion and garlic. Roughly chop olives and capers as well. Add the anchovies to a hot pan until they "melt", add olives, capers and chili and keep frying for a minute. Add the tomato sauce and let it simmer until the pasta is ready.
  • Season the sauce with salt and pepper, add the pasta to the puttanesca sauce and serve it with freshly grated parmesan and herbs.
