Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add the rest of the ingredients and knead until you've got a smooth dough. Let it prove for about 1 hour or more/less if you use less/more yeast.
Divide into 3 ropes, braid them and put the ends together, this way you get a nice wreath. You can also make a regular braided loaf or little bunnies! Preheat the oven to 180 °C while the bread rests.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Tipps
I don't brush the bread with egg-wash because I don't really like the sticky feeling and taste of it, but you can do that before baking if you like.Another great Easter recipe: nougat-Easter-eggs!
