Wild Garlic Pesto

Quick & easy wild garlic pesto with olive oil. This basic Italian wild garlic pesto is delicious with pasta, bread or just as a dip. Make it and freeze the pesto to enjoy it even longer!

Utensilien

  • Mortar/food processor/strong blender

Zutaten
  

  • 100 g wild garlic
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp parmesan freshly grated
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • olive oil
  • water
  • salt

Zubereitung
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a mortar, blender or food processor. Add as much olive oil as you need to make a creamy pesto – you can use a splash of water to make it even creamier without needing too much oil. Season with salt in the end, because the parmesan is already very salty.

Tipps

You can use the wild garlic pesto to make stuffed bread rolls (instead of mozzarella) or make a fancy piadina with wild-garlic-pesto-filling and other ingredients of your choice!
