Wild Garlic Pesto
Quick & easy wild garlic pesto with olive oil. This basic Italian wild garlic pesto is delicious with pasta, bread or just as a dip. Make it and freeze the pesto to enjoy it even longer!

- 100 g wild garlic
- 1 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 tbsp parmesan freshly grated
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- olive oil
- water
- salt
Add all of the ingredients to a mortar, blender or food processor. Add as much olive oil as you need to make a creamy pesto – you can use a splash of water to make it even creamier without needing too much oil. Season with salt in the end, because the parmesan is already very salty.
