Easy Yogurt Muffins

- 150 g butter room temperature
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 lemon juice + zest
- 100 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 180 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 60 ml cream
- 150 g yogurt
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Combine butter, vanilla, lemon juice + zest and sugar. Beat until creamy and white. Add the eggs.

Once the eggs are incorporated, sift the flour and the baking powder. Add the rest of the ingredients and just mix the batter with a whisk until smooth.
180 g flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 60 ml cream, 150 g yogurt
Pour into a muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes.
