Quick & Easy Tagliatelle with Zucchini and Tomatoes

Utensilien

  • Pot
  • Knife
  • Chopping Board
  • Pan
  • Sieve
  • Grater

Zutaten
  

  • 200 g tagliatelle or other pasta
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 100 g tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • pasta spice mix optional
  • basil or other herbs
  • parmesan cheese

Zubereitung
 

  • Cook the tagliatelle as written on the instructions on the package in salted water.
    200 g tagliatelle
  • Cut the zucchini in thin stripes, cut the tomatoes in half and fry both in olive oil. Add about 1/2 a cup of pasta water and let it simmer for a few minutes. Season with salt, pepper and pasta spice mix.

  • Serve the tagliatelle with the veggies, some basil, freshly grated parmesan cheese and some more olive oil on top.
