Vegan Lentil Bolognese

Quick & easy recipe for vegan bolognese with red lentils. This one is soo yummy and so simple!

Utensilien

  • Knife
  • Chopping Board
  • Pan

Zutaten
  

  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • olive oil
  • 150 g red lentils
  • 1 glass tomatoes
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 bayleaf
  • salt
  • pepper

Zubereitung
 

  • Dice onion and carrot and fry the veggies in some olive oil. Add the lentils and keep stirring for a few minutes.
  • Pour the tomatoes and the water into the pan, add the bayleaf, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the lentils are done.
  • Season the vegan bolognese with salt and pepper. Serve with pasta, bread or whatever you like.

Tipps

Tipp: If you don't want the dish to be strictly vegan, add some parmesan cheese on top of the pasta.
