Baked Feta with Tomatoes
Baked Feta (Pasta) with tomatoes is one of my favorite quick & easy recipes! It's healthy, delicious and soo simple. Serve it with pasta or with salad, bread or whatever you want.

Oven-proof dish
- 2 handful tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- olive oil
- 200 g feta cheese
- pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 handful basil fresh, optional
Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Cut the tomatoes in half. Peel and slice the garlic. Put some olive oil in an oven-proof dish, add the feta, the tomatoes and the garlic. Season with some more olive oil, pepper and oregano.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until the feta starts to melt a little and the tomatoes get some colour. Serve with fresh basil if you want.
