Baked Feta with Tomatoes

Baked Feta (Pasta) with tomatoes is one of my favorite quick & easy recipes! It's healthy, delicious and soo simple. Serve it with pasta or with salad, bread or whatever you want.

Utensilien

  • Knife
  • Chopping Board
  • Oven-proof dish

Zutaten
  

  • 2 handful tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • olive oil
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • pepper
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 handful basil fresh, optional

Zubereitung
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Cut the tomatoes in half. Peel and slice the garlic. Put some olive oil in an oven-proof dish, add the feta, the tomatoes and the garlic. Season with some more olive oil, pepper and oregano.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until the feta starts to melt a little and the tomatoes get some colour. Serve with fresh basil if you want.
