Mousse au Chocolat

Quick and easy chocolate mousse is the perfect dessert for the holidays and every other day. It's ready in just 15 minutes and super simple!

Zutaten
  

  • 100 g chocolate dark/milk chocolate/white chocolate
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 120 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar

Zubereitung
 

  • Melt the chocolate and the butter over a water-bath. In the meantime, whisk together egg yolks and sugar.
  • Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Whip the cream with the icing sugar.
  • Incorporate the chocolate into the egg yolks. Slowly fold the egg whites and the cream into it. Let cool for at least 2 hours and serve in glasses or shape them with a spoon on a plate.
