Toast hazelnuts in a pan over medium heat. Meanwhile, break the chocolate into pieces and melt it over a water-bath.
Put the hazelnuts in a blender or food processor while still warm. Blend until they reach almost nut-butter-consistency. Add the sunflower oil and keep blending.
Add the melted chocolate and keep mixing until the chocolate-spread is very smooth. There shouldn't be any big pieces in the mixture anymore.
Pour into clean jars and store at room temperature.
Tipps
Tipp: If the chocolate-spread is too firm (especially when it's cold), put the jar in the microwave or warm water for a few minutes. It's all natural so the consistency can change a bit depending on the temperature!You can store the homemade chocolate-hazelnut-spread for months because there's no ingredients in it that can't be kept that long such milk or cream.
