Gnocchetti Pasta from Sardinia
Gnocchi made from (vegan) pasta dough (4 ingredients only) – I'll show you how to make gnocchetti sardi from Sardinia at home.

durum wheat semolina
100
ml
water

tbsp
olive oil
1
tsp
salt
Zubereitung
Combine all of the ingredients to a smooth dough. Let it rest for approx. 30 minutes at room temperature.
Roll the dough out until it's 1/2 cm thick. Cut into cubes (1 x 1 cm) and roll the pieces of pasta over the gnocchi board or another grooved surface.
Boil in salted water for about 8 minutes. Serve with any sauce you like, but fresh tomato sauce with basil is super delicious with gnocchetti sardi!
