No-Yeast Pizza with Tomatoes and Mozzarella
The quickest & easiest pizza ever: no yeast, wholewheat, colourful tomatoes and mozzarella make this the perfect recipe. Top with basil and you're good to go!

For the dough:
- 125 g spelt flour
- 125 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 120 ml water
- 30 g olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
For the topping:
- 100 ml tomato sauce
- 200 g tomatoes in different colours
- basil
- olive oil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- salt
- pepper
- 200 g mozzarella
Combine all of the ingredients. Let the dough rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 220 °C with the baking tray or pizza stone in it.
In the meantime, cut the tomatoes in half and season them with olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Roll the dough out very thinly, put it on a baking paper and use a spoon to put some tomato sauce on top. Add the tomatoes and the mozzarella. Bake the pizza for about 10 minutes. Serve with some fresh basil and pepper on top.
