Creamy Mascarpone Pasta (Red Lentil Pasta)

Easy & creamy pasta with mascarpone, arugula and parmesan. Red lentil pasta or normal pasta – you choose!

Zutaten
  

  • 200 g pasta red lentil/chickpea pasta or classic pasta
  • 4 tbsb mascarpone
  • 1 pinch nutmeg freshly grated
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 1 handful arugula and/or herbs (parsley, basil...)
  • parmesan cheese freshly grated

Zubereitung
 

  • Cook the pasta in salted water (follow package instructions).
  • In a pan, add mascarpone, a pinch of fresh nutmeg, pepper and salt and heat over medium heat. Wash and chop arugula or other herbs.
  • Strain pasta and immediately put it in the pan. Stir to cover it in sauce. Serve with fresh arugula or herbs, pepper and freshly grated parmesan on top.
