Finely dice the veggies and put them in the steam cooker. Put the fish on top, add salt, pepper and olive oil and steam for approx. 10-15 minutes (depending on the type of fish) at 100 °C.
Season the veggies again with salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice and if you want soy sauce before serving.
Tipps
Try it with fennel, peppers, eggplant or other veggies as well. Use the oven to bake the fish and the veggies if you don't have a steam cooker!
