Mix all of the ingredients except plums and icing sugar. Put the dough in the fridge while you prepare the plums. Stone the plums and cut them into quarters.
Roll out the dough until it is as big as the baking tray. Put it on baking paper and arrange the plums on top. Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
Bake the cake for 10 minutes, reduce the heat to 200 °C and continue baking for 30 minutes. Serve with icing sugar.
Tipps
Add a pinch of cinnamon to the dough to make it even more fall-vibed!
