Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Add flour and combine. Add spice mix and salt and knead to a smooth dough.
Let the dough rest for approx. 1 hour at room temperature, covering it with a kitchen towel or cling foil.
Divide the dough into 8 portions and shape into bread buns. Put on a baking paper next to each other. Brush with water and put seeds on every bun. Preheat the oven to 230 °C.
