Pumpkin-Potato-Gnocchi

potatoes

pumpkin
100

flour

salt
pepper
nutmeg

butter
sage or thyme
parmesan
Zubereitung
Peel, roughly dice and cook the potatoes and the pumpkin for approx. 15 minutes until soft. Mash and let them cool for a few minutes.
Add flour, eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg and combine to a smooth and not too sticky dough. Form ropes and cut into gnocchi.
Boil in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Melt butter with sage or thyme and serve the gnocchi with butter and parmesan.
Tipps
You can use other veggies to make different kinds of gnocchi: beetroot, carrot, spinach... Add whatever you like instead of the pumpkin!
