Cook the pasta according to instructions. Clean the chanterelles. Chop onion and garlic, fry in butter and add the chanterelles. Add cream, season with salt and pepper and let simmer for a few minutes.
Strain the pasta. Serve with the sauce, add parsley and freshly grated parmesan.
Tipps
