Chanterelle pasta

Southtyrolean recipe for chanterelle pasta is delicious, creamy and easy.

Utensilien

  • Pot
  • Knife
  • Chopping Board
  • Pan
  • Sieve
  • Grater

Zutaten
  

  • salt
  • 200 g pasta e.g. fettuccine, tagliatelle
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 100 g chanterelles
  • 100 g cream
  • pepper
  • parsley
  • parmesan for serving

Zubereitung
 

  • Cook the pasta according to instructions. Clean the chanterelles. Chop onion and garlic, fry in butter and add the chanterelles. Add cream, season with salt and pepper and let simmer for a few minutes.
  • Strain the pasta. Serve with the sauce, add parsley and freshly grated parmesan.

Tipps

Use classic Italian "pasta all'uovo" with eggs in the dough to make chanterelle pasta – e.g. tagliatelle, pappardelle or fettuccine.
