Matcha Chocolate

Chocolate balls covered in green matcha powder – so beautiful and yummy! Try this easy recipe with 4 ingredients only.

Zutaten
  

  • 260 g chocolate dark/milk chocolate
  • 125 g cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder

Zubereitung
 

  • Roughly chop the chocolate. Bring cream and a pinch of salt to the boil. Remove from the heat once it's boiling.
  • Stir the chocolate into the cream until it becomes a smooth ganache (chocolate-cream-mixture, the traditional praliné-base). Put the ganache in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Use a teaspoon to divide the ganache into pralinés. Shape into balls and cover them in a little matcha.
