Beetroot Tagliatelle

Let's make pasta! Easy beetroot tagliatelle are super delicious and look cool because of their pink colour.

Utensilien

  • Bowl
  • Rolling Pin
  • Chopping Board
  • Knife
  • Pot
  • Sieve

Zutaten
  

  • 250 g semolina flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tsp beetroot powder or juice
  • water

Zubereitung
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients and knead until you've got a smooth dough. Use as much water as you need for it to be smooth. Let the dough rest for approx. 15 minutes in the fridge.
  • Roll the dough out very thinly. Dust it with flour, roll it up and cut the dough into slices of about 1 cm. You can also use a pasta machine for this.
  • Cook the pasta for 2 minutes in salted water and serve with a sauce of your choice.
