Beetroot Tagliatelle
Let's make pasta! Easy beetroot tagliatelle are super delicious and look cool because of their pink colour.

- 250 g semolina flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1-2 tsp beetroot powder or juice
- water
Combine all of the ingredients and knead until you've got a smooth dough. Use as much water as you need for it to be smooth. Let the dough rest for approx. 15 minutes in the fridge.
Roll the dough out very thinly. Dust it with flour, roll it up and cut the dough into slices of about 1 cm. You can also use a pasta machine for this.
Cook the pasta for 2 minutes in salted water and serve with a sauce of your choice.
