Pumpkin Spice Bundt Cake

Pumpkin spice cake, anyone? If you wanna try something different for pumpkin-season, try this cake! It's easy, soft and sooo delicious. The best pumpkin spice cake which is ready in less than 45 minutes.

Utensilien

  • Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Grater
  • Bundt pan

Zutaten
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 90 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 90 g sunflower oil
  • 150 g pumpkin grated
  • 130 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves

Zubereitung
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and salt until creamy.
  • Grate the pumpkin (peel it first if you don't use hokkaido-pumpkin). Add the pumpkin and the rest of the ingredients to the eggs.
  • Pour the batter into the bundt pan and bake the pumpkin spice cake for approx. 25 minutes at 180 °C. Serve with icing sugar and whipped (cinnamon-)cream!
