Pumpkin Spice Bundt Cake
Pumpkin spice cake, anyone? If you wanna try something different for pumpkin-season, try this cake! It's easy, soft and sooo delicious. The best pumpkin spice cake which is ready in less than 45 minutes.

- 2 eggs
- 90 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 90 g sunflower oil
- 150 g pumpkin grated
- 130 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and salt until creamy.
Grate the pumpkin (peel it first if you don't use hokkaido-pumpkin). Add the pumpkin and the rest of the ingredients to the eggs.
Pour the batter into the bundt pan and bake the pumpkin spice cake for approx. 25 minutes at 180 °C. Serve with icing sugar and whipped (cinnamon-)cream!
