Hummus with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Creamy homemade hummus with sun-dried tomatoes – gives your usual hummus a new twist! Easy, quick & tasty recipe. Perfect with some bread, crackers or raw veggies like carrots!

- 150 g chickpeas canned
- 5 sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil or just dried
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. tahini
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- ice-cold water
Blend everything except cold water in a food processor or high-power blender until very smooth – add as much olive oil as you need for it to be smooth. Add a splash of ice-cold water in the end to make it extra creamy - keep blending for another 30 seconds or so. Season with salt and pepper.
Top with olive oil, paprika powder, sesame seeds and dried herbs (optional).
